Yes, Custom Duty Charges are to be borne by you since, 'Every time when an item crosses an international border from one country to another, it is subject to these charges by the importing country's rules and regulations'.

No, COD at the moment is not available.

However, there is an additional 10% charge for Bust Size above 40.

For all Custom Orders, we charge 50% advance at the time of booking.

We generally keep a 2" margin in all our custom made outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal. However, if anything comes up we would be happy to assist you.

If you want to Cancel the order, please email us at stores@johipura.com, within 24-48 hrs of Order Placement so that we can cancel the order.

For Cancellations, we issue Store Credits, which can be used in future purchase.
